- Lead the QC team and oversee ACA allocation
- Ensure maintenance and inspections meet Transport Canada standards
- Oversee in-process/final inspections, buy-backs, and function checks
- Verify accuracy of technical records and documentation
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, and Engineering
- Run internal audits and root-cause analyses
- Deliver ACA training and certification development
- Mentor ACAs and maintenance personnel
- Lead customer and regulatory audit readiness
- Valid AME License (M2) with extensive heavy maintenance, modification, and inspection experience
- Type endorsement courses for Dash 8-100/200/300/400 and CRJ series aircraft are strong assets
- Prior ACA authorizations or experience performing independent inspections preferred
- Strong working knowledge of aviation quality systems and Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs)
- Experience leading inspection teams within an AMO environment is an asset
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organization abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to provide 2–3 professional references
- Willing to relocate to Calgary, Alberta
- Schedule: Standard business hours, Monday to Friday
- Location: Calgary, Alberta
- Other: Permanent, full-time role
