- Carry out routine and moderately complex maintenance tasks across airframe, engine, and avionics systems
- Troubleshoot system faults with guidance from senior AMEs as you build independent judgment
- Service, adjust, and test avionics and mechanical systems under your license scope
- Assist with structural repairs, including composites, aluminum, and anti-corrosion work
- Document all maintenance actions clearly and in compliance with aviation regulations
- Coordinate with crew members and senior techs to keep aircraft turnaround on schedule
- Participate in on-call rotations and AOG response as your experience develops
- 3–5 years of hands-on aircraft maintenance experience
- Transport Canada AME license held – category S (Structures), M (Mechanical), or E (Avionics)
- Experience on Dash 8 Q300/Q400 or CRJ200/CRJ700/CRJ900 preferred
- Actively building or planning to pursue additional type endorsements
- Working knowledge of avionics test equipment, including air data, navigation, pneumatic, and autopilot systems
- Familiarity with maintenance software such as AMOS, TRAX, or Maintenix
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills, with a willingness to learn from senior staff
- Available Monday through Friday for straight 40-hour workweeks, with flexibility for morning or afternoon shifts.
- Ability to provide 2–3 professional references
- Willing to relocate to Calgary, Alberta
- Schedule: Straight shifts (morning and afternoon), Monday to Friday
- Location: Calgary, Alberta
- Other: Permanent, full-time role
