Senior Consultant in IT Asset Management

Drive excellence in IT Asset Management at SoftwareOne as a Senior Consultant specializing in ServiceNow. Influence business processes to ensure top-tier IT outcomes. In this role as Senior Business Process Consultant, you'll lead various stages of ServiceNow engagements, verifying compliance with best practices in ITAM. Partner closely with clients and delivery leaders to transform complex requirements into manageable tasks while providing mentorship to junior consultants. Your responsibilities will also include utilizing AI to streamline workflows innovatively. Key Responsibilities:
- Direct end-to-end process discovery activities
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements from teams
- Design optimized future-state solutions for ITAM
- Support implementations and confirm outcomes
- Guide junior consultants and enhance their skill sets
- 5-7 years in consulting or business process management
- Strong proficiency in ServiceNow ITAM tools
- CSA and CIS-SAM certifications necessary
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
- Skillful in managing multiple initiatives effectively
