Cost Consultant in Construction Management

Enhance your estimating skills with a Cost Consultant role in our construction management team. Responsible for various estimate classes and engaging in project monitoring, you'll ensure project compliance and performance.

Reporting directly to the Estimating Manager, this full-time role requires expertise in estimating project scopes and developing schedules. You'll assist senior consultants in site inspections and review loan documentation for compliance. With a proactive approach, you will maintain stakeholder relations and ensure projects stay within budget and timeline.

Key Responsibilities: • Complete class D, B, C, and A estimates • Review project documents to identify work scope • Develop preliminary construction schedules • Conduct site inspections and document findings • Manage stakeholder communications and updates

Requirements: • Minimum 5 years construction-related experience • Post-secondary education in construction management or related field • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and OST software • Working towards PQS or CEC designation • Understanding of CIQS standard measurement
