Intégrez École Mer et Monde en tant qu'expert en pédagogie pour la littératie, soutenant les pratiques d'enseignement de la maternelle à la 4e année. Ce rôle est essentiel pour développer une approche pédagogique différenciée et efficace. Dans ce poste à temps plein, vous fournirez un accompagnement pédagogique aux enseignants pour améliorer leur pratique de littératie. Vous participerez également à des communautés d’apprentissage et animerez des sessions de formation sur les outils de suivi. Ce rôle est destiné aux professionnels expérimentés dans l’enseignement inclusif et la littératie. Responsabilités clés :
- Renforcer les pratiques pédagogiques en littératie
- Co-planifier et co-enseigner avec les enseignants
- Soutenir l'analyse des données de suivi des élèves
- Participer aux formations continues du secteur
- Offrir des formations pertinentes au personnel de l’école
- Diplôme en littératie
- Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en enseignement
- Excellentes communication orale et écrite
- Bonne connaissance des programmes d'enseignement en français
- Engagement à rester dans le poste au moins 3 ans
