Strategic Program Manager, Talent Systems

Lead Clio’s talent management initiatives as a Senior Program Manager in one of our Canadian hubs. Drive strategic talent development and enhance employee performance through innovative programs. As a part of the Talent Development & Learning Team, your role will focus on the continuous improvement of talent programs and systems that align with organizational goals. You will be responsible for crafting insights from talent data that aid senior leadership and managing projects efficiently. Collaborate with business partners to enable effective talent transitions and system designs. Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead critical talent management programs' execution
- Design comprehensive talent systems in collaboration with peers
- Translate strategic goals into operational project plans
- Manage all phases of talent management programs
- Build resources and training for people managers
- Over 8 years leading talent management initiatives
- Skilled in systems thinking within HR frameworks
- Excellent communication for driving alignment
- Experience in fast-paced tech environments preferred
- Knowledge of Workday HRIS is an asset
