With a minimum of 5 years in Campus Programs, your insights will lead to initiatives with measurable success. You’ll leverage strong presentation and communication skills to advocate for Early Career needs while collaborating with diverse stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

  • Refine strategic framework for ECP engagement
  • Develop and enhance Early Career Development Programs
  • Foster initiatives with measurable outcomes
  • Liaise with HR and business leaders
  • Analyze multidimensional needs in U.S. and Canadian markets
Requirements:
  • 5+ years in Campus Recruiting experience
  • Proven strong business acumen
  • Proficient in key software tools (ATS, LMS, Excel)
  • Track record of managing innovative programs
  • Commitment to fostering inclusive team environments
