The Opportunity

Employment Type: Temporary Full Time

FTE: 1.0 FTE

Position End Date: November 21, 2027, or upon the return or cessation of employment of the incumbent.

Location: Shepherd’s Care Admin Office: 12601 – 135 Ave, Edmonton, AB

Rate of Pay: Commensurate with education and experience.

Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources, the Human Resources Coordinator provides confidential administrative support to the Human Resources department. This role is responsible for coordinating hiring activities, maintaining employee records and HR systems, supporting HR programs and reporting and assisting with special projects, while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Consider applying If you have post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field, along with a minimum of one (1) year of experience in human resources administration and/or recruitment. You have strong organizational, communication and computer skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality. You are collaborative, detail-oriented and customer-focused and enjoy building positive working relationships while providing exceptional support to managers and employees.
