Role: D365 Functional Analyst – Human Resources
Rates: up to $145,000 per year
Structure: 2-3x per week on-site
Location: Edmonton or Calgary

Top must have skills: 

● 8+ years of experience supporting enterprise Human Resource Management
Systems (HRMS), Human Capital Management (HCM), ERP Human Resources, or
comparable cloud HR platforms.
● 3 to 5+ years of Dynamics 365 Human Resources (ElevateHR or comparable HR
application experience could be considered) including functional support,
configuration, implementation, enhancement, or sustainment activities.
● Experience in a post-implementation sustainment environment, including level-two
functional support

Nice-to-haves:

● Microsoft Dynamics 365 Human Resources, Finance and Operations, Power
Platform, or related Microsoft certification is preferred.
● Human Resources professional designation such as Chartered Professionals in
Human Resources (CPHR), or equivalent, is considered an asset.
● Equivalent combination of education, HR business process experience, HR system
experience, D365 application experience, and ERP sustainment experience will be
considered.
