Next International Inc. is engaged on a confidential executive search for a Vice-President, Talent & Human Resources within a multi-entity industrial services environment undergoing significant organizational transformation.

The mandate is focused on leadership alignment, governance evolution, organizational capability, and performance accountability across a group of operating companies.

The organization is evolving from a historically independent operating structure toward a more aligned, disciplined, and scalable model.

Governance structures are being formalized. Executive leadership is being built. Expectations around performance, accountability, and decision-making are evolving.

This role sits at the center of that transition.

The successful executive will help:

• Align senior leadership around shared expectations and operating principles
• Strengthen leadership capability and succession depth across the organization
• Translate governance into practical execution and accountability
• Build enabling people infrastructure, systems, and processes to support long-term scale
• Support organizational alignment without disrupting what already works

This is a builder mandate requiring strong judgment, influence, and operational credibility.

• Worked closely with senior operational and financial leadership
