Your Tasks:
- Work with Approvals and Application Engineering in creating/maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) as required
- Work with Approvals and Application Engineering in creating/maintaining quality documents using document control methods
- Work with external auditors for the initial, and ongoing management of ISO certification and any other quality certifications required by VEGA Canada
- Receive and investigate all non-conformance reports (NCRs)
- Take NCRs and revise SOPs as required
- Create and perform supplier audits of all 3rd party suppliers

Your Profile:
- College Diploma or a University Degree in Engineering or Quality fields of study
- Excellent communication skills and experience in conducting technical training sessions
- A strong willingness to learn to constantly deepen your expertise in measurement technology
- Confident and open demeanor as well as a structured approach to work
- High level of English proficiency required, bilingual in French is an asset
