Branch Technical Support Analyst
Bayshore HealthCare Ltd.
Support Bayshore HealthCare branches in Vaughan using desktop support and IT infrastructure expertise. Work in the office five days weekly while resolving technology issues.
As a Branch Technical Support Analyst, you provide local IT leadership within the BHCS division. You handle first and second level escalations, manage branch technology, and collaborate with managers, Area Directors, and NSC IT. Your work supports incident resolution, projects, and branch growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support computer systems, desktop software, and enterprise applications
- Manage IT equipment lifecycles from procurement through disposal
- Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware and peripherals
- Monitor ServiceNow incidents and support service level agreements
- Coordinate technology implementations with operations and IT teams
Requirements:
- College diploma or degree in Information Technology or related field
- Two to three years of infrastructure and desktop support experience
- Knowledge of Active Directory and user account management
- Experience with Citrix, ServiceNow, and Intune
- Understanding of networks, firewalls, routers, VPN, and security
