Experienced Analyst Technical Product Manager

Johnson & Johnson seeks an experienced technical product manager to lead logistics process readiness for the Transcend program deployment. The role involves translating global SAP S/4HANA designs into executable site processes, coordinating across business and IT teams, and ensuring readiness for implementation across multiple countries.
Responsibilities
- Support logistics process design and deployment across warehouse management, inventory, production logistics, and transportation
- Review business processes, identify gaps between global design and site requirements, and escalate unresolved issues
- Prepare and support SIT, BST/UAT, and end-to-end testing; investigate defects and root causes
- Partner across functional teams to align handoffs, system transactions, master data, and material movements
- Support site readiness assessments, track deployment risks and dependencies, and prepare for cutover
Requirements
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA logistics and supply-chain processes
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management, inventory management, and production logistics
- Background supporting complex system implementations, deployments, or transformations
- Ability to map end-to-end material and transaction flows across systems
- Experience with requirements gathering, testing, defect resolution, or process design
- Strong cross-functional communication and problem-solving skills
