- Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
- Assist with accruals, balance sheet reviews, and analysis of variances.
- Maintain accurate and well-organized working papers.
- Complete monthly reconciliations for bank accounts, clearing accounts, A/R, A/P, and other balance sheet accounts.
- Investigate discrepancies and resolve outstanding items in a timely manner.
- Ensure all supporting documentation is complete and audit-ready.
- Support cash application, clearing of unapplied payments, and related A/R activities.
- Assist with identifying customer payments and resolving unmatched items.
- Assist with inventory-related reconciliations, adjustments, and count variance analysis.
- Accounting degree or diploma is a must
- 1 years of hands-on accounting experience, ideally including month end close and reconciliation experience is a must.
- High volume environment; cannot be slow.
- Strong Excel
