Life Sciences Senior Manager / Associate Director

Take the lead in commercial analytics with Tiger Analytics as a Senior Manager focused on Life Sciences. Oversee the development of a critical data product for a pharmaceutical launch. This position offers you the chance to shape a Snowflake-native data product for a kidney launch at Tiger Analytics. You will utilize your extensive experience in gene therapy and commercial analytics to drive the creation of analytical solutions. Leading a small team, you'll ensure that all processes align with key commercial goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Interface with Life Sciences stakeholders to define analytic needs
- Own the full lifecycle of the kidney launch commercial data product
- Develop segmentation frameworks and KPIs for commercial use
- Align Marketing, Sales, and Analytics stakeholder activities
- Design optimized data models in collaboration with engineering
- 12+ years in commercial analytics or data product management
- Expertise in gene therapy processes and applications
- Strong understanding of Snowflake and data performance
- Advanced knowledge of Power BI for analytics
- Experience managing product backlogs effectively
