Product Management Associate Director Position
MUFG Investor Services
Join a leading Real Estate firm as an Associate Director in Product Management. Collaborate with global stakeholders to elevate system efficiencies and improve client operations. This full-time, permanent opportunity entails significant engagement with Client Operations to ensure effective system usage and timely troubleshooting. You will be instrumental in supporting product roadmaps and providing key insights into functionality updates. Ensuring a high standard of service and strategic project deliverables aligns with your core responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize system configuration and processing methodologies
- Liaise with internal and external teams for issue resolution
- Support product lead on system enhancements and integrations
- Create and manage investor reports as needed
- Coordinate training on application functionality and updates
- 5–10 years of work experience required
- 3–6 years in Accounting/Fund Accounting experience
- 2–4 years of experience with the Yardi platform
- Expertise in Real Estate fund structures
- Must communicate effectively in English
