Deine Aufgaben
telefonische Ansprache von Kunden und Interessenten im Outbound Sales
Vorstellung von Produkten und Dienstleistungen aus dem Verlags- und Fachinformationsumfeld
aktive Bedarfsermittlung und professionelle Gesprächsführung
Nachverfolgung von Leads und Verkaufschancen
Dokumentation von Kundenkontakten und Ergebnissen im CRM-System
Nutzung moderner Systeme, Tools und Wissensdatenbanken
Dein Profil
sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C2-Niveau) in Wort und Schrift
erste Erfahrung im telefonischen Vertrieb, Outbound Sales oder Customer Service – idealerweise im Contact-Center-Umfeld von Vorteil
ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am aktiven Verkauf
Eigenmotivation, Disziplin und eine zuverlässige, selbstständige Arbeitsweise (Freelancer-Modell)
sicherer Umgang mit gängigen CRM- und Telefonie-Tools oder hohe technische Affinität
stabile Internetverbindung und ruhiger Arbeitsplatz im Homeoffice
