We’re on the hunt for an Outbound Sales Assistant who thrives on building relationships, re-engaging leads, and driving booked appointments. Reignite interest by confirming prior outreach and addressing concerns or hesitations.
Reschedule missed or canceled consultations and move prospects back into the sales pipeline.
Act as the first layer of quality assurance, ensuring leads feel heard, supported, and informed.
Keep detailed notes and next steps logged in the CRM to maintain pipeline visibility.
Work closely with the internal sales team to keep handoffs clean and efficient.
