The Sales Development Representative will prospect leads, qualify accounts, and generate pipeline opportunities for our Sales Teams. You will be the front line for presenting Orum to prospects. A successful Sales Development Representative would have exponential growth as this role may lead to many other career opportunities in Orum like AE, Customer Success, Pre-Sales, Operations, and more. Must Have
- Must be a current Canadian citizen
- 0-12 months of experience in a sales development, prospecting, or lead generation role
- A background of overachievement in academics, sports, or extracurricular activities
- Strong communication skills, prospecting, and sales IQ
- A great work ethic and a company-first attitude
- Alignment with Orum Values

- Experience with Sales Technologies such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Nav, LeadIQ, Lusha, etc.
