Reporting to the Manager of Student Recruitment and Outreach Planning, this role emphasizes proactive outreach, relationship-building, and analytical skills. You will drive UTSCs international recruitment efforts by engaging prospective students and employing data to enhance decision-making and outcomes, ensuring a top-notch student experience.
Utilize your recruitment expertise and relationship-building skills to enhance student engagement at UTSC.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver recruitment presentations globally and locally
- Build relationships with students, parents, and educators
- Maintain a network to support recruitment strategies
- Schedule travel plans and accommodations
- Analyze risk factors for international travel planning
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- At least four years of student recruitment experience
- Excellent public speaking and written skills
- Robust customer service orientation
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
