Early Career Recruiting Program Manager

Lead the charge in Early Career recruitment strategies as a Program Manager. Create effective campus engagement initiatives to attract and develop young talent. Reporting to the Associate Vice President, you'll manage the implementation of programs designed to support the future workforce needs of the organization. You'll collaborate with various teams to refine recruiting frameworks and measure success through analytics. Building strong relationships with institutions will be key to enhancing the organization's talent pipeline and providing enriching intern experiences. Key Responsibilities:

  • Refine and implement ECP strategies with business leaders
  • Enhance existing campus engagement programs
  • Build partnerships with universities and colleges
  • Utilize metrics to measure program success and impact
  • Develop a robust Early Career Development Program
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in campus recruiting
  • Knowledgeable in employer branding and talent pipelines
  • Strong communication and strategy execution skills
  • Experience with various HR technologies
  • Client-focused and innovative mindset
