- Track metrics for recruitment efficiencies and improvements
- B.A./B.Sc with 5-7+ years of relevant recruitment experience
- Proven ability in finance and corporate recruitment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Detail-oriented and innovative recruitment practices
