Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement recruitment strategies for Tax and Law.

- Assess candidates to ensure alignment with EY’s values.
- Partner with hiring managers to meet specific talent needs.
- Stay updated on Tax and Law market trends for strategic recruitment.
Requirements
- Over 3 years of experience in full‑cycle recruitment.
- In-depth knowledge of tax or law recruitment processes.
- Proven ability to execute volume recruitment successfully.
- Professional communication skills for all stakeholder interactions.
- Capacity to work autonomously in a high‑paced environment.
