Position Overview: Avolta is seeking a motivated and creative Social Media Student Intern to join our team as part of a co-op program. As an intern, you will work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies, create engaging content, and analyze performance metrics. Please note that this is a pro bono opportunity, ideal for students seeking to gain valuable experience and co-op credit while contributing to impactful work. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of social media strategies to enhance Avolta’s online presence.
• Create and curate engaging content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for social media campaigns.
• Help monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with Avolta’s mission and goals.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and integrity in all tasks and interactions.

Required Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
• High level of responsibility, maturity, and a willingness to learn.
• Must be eligible to receive co-op credit through your academic institution.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Interest in the technology, security, or automotive industries.
• Knowledge of SEO and digital advertising strategies.
