The Opportunity

As the Manager, Data Centre Infrastructure, you will play a critical leadership role in supporting the digital systems that power healthcare across Saskatchewan. Leading a team of skilled infrastructure professionals, you will help ensure the reliability, security, and evolution of the technology that healthcare providers depend on every day. This is an opportunity to drive innovation, build strong partnerships, and contribute to large-scale initiatives that strengthen patient care through technology.

What you’ll do

Reporting to the Director, Infrastructure and Cloud Platforms, you will:

• Lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for core data centre and infrastructure services across the Saskatchewan health system.
• Provide strategic direction for infrastructure services, ensuring alignment with organizational and health sector priorities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, healthcare partners, vendors, and service providers to support current and future service needs.
• Oversee the planning and delivery of infrastructure initiatives that support mission-critical healthcare systems and services.
• Lead organizational and operational change initiatives, ensuring services continue to evolve to meet business and healthcare requirements.
• Manage large-scale projects involving internal teams, contractors, and vendors from planning through implementation.
• Monitor service performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement processes that enhance reliability, efficiency, and customer experience.

What you'll bring to the T eam

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or another related discipline. An equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experience will be considered.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive leadership experience in infrastructure, data centre operations, enterprise technology services, or a related technology-focused environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading infrastructure operations, enterprise computing environments, and mission-critical technology services.
• Proven experience managing technical teams, projects, vendors, service providers, budgets, and organizational change initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure technologies, including server and operating system platforms, virtualization, storage and backup solutions, compute infrastructure, automation, monitoring, disaster recovery, and data centre operations.
• Experience developing operational strategies, service delivery processes, and continuous improvement initiatives that support organizational objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders and communicate effectively with leaders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
