En tant que fournisseur clé pour des entreprises québécoises telles que Bombardier, NovaBus et Prevost, Hutchinson joue un rôle essentiel dans l'industrie locale. Nos solutions offrent sécurité, confort et durabilité aux utilisateurs finaux, rendent la mobilité et l'industrie plus durables, contribuent à favoriser une économie circulaire tout en permettant à nos clients de s'orienter vers un avenir à faible émission de carbone. ******************************* Responsable, développement commercial Sous la responsabilité du directeur, développement commercial C2S et du directeur général local, votre rôle consiste à positionner Hutchinson et à développer ses activités commerciales autour de nouveaux produits liés à l'aérospatiale et à la défense. Dans un contexte en mouvement, votre objectif est de vous concentrer sur les produits et les technologies présentant le plus fort potentiel de création de valeur pour Hutchinson. Vos principales responsabilités seront donc les suivantes

- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les clients, les équipes interfonctionnelles, la direction et le personnel assigné pour planifier et définir le périmètre, les livrables, le budget et les efforts de développement des propositions.
- Participer à des salons, des conférences et d'autres événements selon les besoins.
- Développer et entretenir des relations professionnelles avec des clients potentiels et fournisseurs des secteurs liés à l'aérospatiale et à l'aéro-défense.
- Élaborer et maintenir la feuille de route stratégique pour l'Amérique du Nord, incluant l'analyse de marché, le paysage concurrentiel, les barrières à l'entrée, la stratégie produit, la tarification, la rentabilité et les échéances.
- Promouvoir l'expertise de Hutchinson et identifier de nouvelles opportunités commerciales et d'innovation auprès des clients.
- Établir et gérer les relations clients au sein des équipes d'ingénierie, de programme et d'achat, en impliquant les équipes internes de R&I et les parties prenantes concernées selon les besoins.
- Générer des appels d'offres et assurer le suivi de la soumission des propositions de Hutchinson.
- Identifier, proposer et aider à structurer des partenariats stratégiques avec des tiers lorsque cela est pertinent.
- Fournir régulièrement des rapports fondés sur des indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) concernant les activités et les résultats de l'entreprise afin d'étayer la prise de décision de la direction.

- Doit être disposé à voyager au moins 50 % du temps au Canada et aux États-Unis
- Baccalauréat en aérospatiale ou en génie mécanique
- 10 ans d'expérience dans la prospection de nouveaux marchés pour des produits connexes
- Expérience avérée dans les domaines commercial et ingénierie, notamment dans les secteurs de la défense et de l'aéronautique, avec un intérêt marqué pour les technologies et l'internationale
- Sens aigu des affaires et solides compétences analytiques pour évaluer les opportunités et les risques liés aux chaînes de valeur émergentes, associés à la capacité d'établir des relations de travail efficaces
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome ainsi qu'en collaboration avec une équipe de collaborateurs au sein du bureau et entre les différents services, et à coopérer avec les divisions de l'entreprise en Amérique du Nord et à l'international.
- Bonnes compétences en gestion du temps, en animation et en organisation.
- Compréhension et mise en œuvre des principes de gestion des risques, et
- Capacité à communiquer efficacement avec les clients actuels et les nouveaux clients
- Grande attention portée à la stratégie, à la mise en œuvre, à la délégation et au suivi.
- Solides compétences en matière d'influence et capacité à nouer des alliances. Excellentes compétences en communication, tant sur le plan interpersonnel qu'analytique.
- Bilingue français et anglais
- Work closely with customers, cross-functional teams, management and assigned personnel to plan and develop scope, deliverables, work plans, budget, and proposal development efforts.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events as needed.
- Develop and mature professional relationships with potential customers from the Aerospace and Aero-Defense related companies, suppliers, and industries.
- For the market you will be involved in, develop and maintain the North American strategic roadmap, including market analysis, competitive landscape, barriers to entry, product strategy, pricing, profitability, and timelines.
- Promote Hutchinson's expertise and identify new business and innovation opportunities with customers
- Build and manage customer relationships across engineering, program and purchasing teams, engaging internal R&I and relevant stakeholders as needed.
- Generate RFQ and follow the Hutchinson proposal submission
- Identify, propose, and help structure strategic partnerships with third parties when relevant.
- Provide regular KPI-based reporting on business activities and outcomes to support management decision-making

- Must be willing to travel at least 50% of their time in Canada and the in United States.
- Bachelor's degree in aerospace or in mechanical engineering
- 10 years' experience in capturing new business in those related products
- Proven sales and technical background in the industrial and mobility sectors, with a strong interest in technology and international exposure
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills to assess opportunities and risks in emerging value chains, combined with the ability to build effective working relationships
- Ability to work independently as well as work with and a team of individuals in the office and across functional areas, as well as being able to work with the company's Business Units in North America and overseas.
- Effective time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.
- Understand and implement Risk Management principles, and
- Able to communicate effectively with current and with new customers
- Strong attention to strategy, implementation, delegation and follow up.
- Strong influencing skills and ability to build alliances.
