Alloy Collision Centre is looking for an energetic, organized, and customer-focused Rental Manager to join our team!

As Rental Manager, you’ll play an important role in making the collision repair experience as seamless as possible for our customers—from the moment they need a rental vehicle to the moment they return it.

What You Bring

Previous experience in rental, automotive, collision, dealership, or customer service management

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

A proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment

Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-through

Confident handling customer concerns and resolving issues professionally

Experience working with insurance companies or collision centres is an asset

A valid driver’s license and clean driving record

A positive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to jump in wherever needed

What You’ll Do

As Rental Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operation of our rental department while ensuring our customers receive an exceptional experience.

Manage the daily rental fleet, including availability, scheduling, cleaning, fueling, and vehicle readiness

Coordinate rental vehicles for customers throughout the collision repair process

Maintain accurate rental agreements, customer records, and vehicle documentation

Coordinate with estimators, production teams, insurance companies, and customers to ensure rental timing aligns with repair timelines

Monitor vehicle availability and maximize fleet utilization

Coordinate vehicle pickups, drop-offs, extensions, and returns

Inspect vehicles before and after rentals and ensure they are maintained to a high standard

Communicate proactively with customers regarding rental timelines and requirements

Address customer questions, concerns, and rental issues quickly and professionally

Track rental activity, fleet status, and associated costs

Help ensure rental vehicles are properly maintained, clean, safe, and ready for the next customer

Support the overall customer experience and contribute to a positive, professional shop environment
