Senior Manager Continuous Improvement

Job Responsibility:

Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Senior Manager, Continuous Improvement on a permanent basis on our Home & Building Solutions (HABS) team. This position is a hybrid opportunity and is based in Saskatoon, SK.

What you'll do:

• Introduce and implement best practice methods with local Co-ops and strengthen operational excellence (via the Zone team) through improving and sustaining customer experience.
• Drive results through improved efficiencies and targeted sales opportunities in both the HABS and Co-op home centers.
• Integrate and operationalize technological platforms that will support the HABS and Home Centre business in the CRS.
• Lead, create and maintain the structure for business intelligence by being responsive to the team's and business's needs, to better understand and support high level strategic decisions.
• Approximately 10 - 15% travel annually.

The Team: You will work closely with the HABS team, internal and external stakeholders, and local Co-ops, will have 4 direct reports, and will report into the Director, Home & Building Solutions. This team strives to cultivate a culture of collaboration, expertise, and results.

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and:

• Have 8+ years of progressively responsible, relevant experience in Home and Building Supplies, Marketing, or Business Management.
• Have a university degree in business, commerce, or marketing (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
