Dans ce rôle, vous traiterez les demandes entrantes des clients dans un environnement dynamique et stimulant. Il ne s'agit pas d'un poste de télémarketing : votre priorité sera d'offrir un service client exceptionnel, de gérer les comptes clients et d'acheminer efficacement les appels d'urgence.

Principales responsabilités

Gérer les appels entrants des clients avec professionnalisme et précision.
Accueillir les appelants, vérifier les informations et répondre aux demandes des clients.
Prioriser les situations d'urgence et transmettre les messages critiques au personnel d'astreinte.
Maintenir un haut niveau de précision et le souci du détail pour les différents comptes clients.

Exigences et qualifications

Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (à l'oral et à l'écrit).
Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent requis.
Plus d'un an d'expérience en service à la clientèle requis ; expérience en centre d'appels privilégiée.
Excellente maîtrise de la grammaire, solides compétences informatiques (Windows), vitesse de frappe d'au moins 35 mots/minute et bonnes capacités de résolution de problèmes.
Grande ponctualité, attitude positive, adaptabilité et esprit d'équipe fiable.

Détails sur les quarts de travail et la disponibilité

Disponibilité requise pour travailler les fins de semaine.
Horaire de formation : la première semaine nécessite un horaire fractionné (environ du mardi au jeudi, de 9 h à 17 h HNE ; vendredi et samedi, de 13 h 30 à 21 h 30 HNE).
Exigences techniques et relatives au télétravail :
Ordinateur personnel (fixe ou portable) fonctionnant sous Windows 11 ou une version ultérieure.
Casque-micro USB filaire de haute qualité.
Possibilité de se connecter à Internet via un câble Ethernet (le Wi‑Fi, les points d'accès mobiles, l'ADSL, le satellite et la connexion commutée ne sont pas autorisés pour le travail).
Vitesse Internet de 50 Mbit/s en téléchargement (download) / 10 Mbit/s en téléversement (upload).
Un espace de travail calme et privé, doté d'une porte pour garantir la confidentialité des clients.

Full-Time Bilingual French Remote Call Centre Specialist

In this role, you will handle inbound client inquiries in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This is not a telemarketing role – your focus will be delivering exceptional customer service, managing client accounts, and routing emergency calls efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound client calls with professionalism and accuracy.
Greet callers, verify information, and address customer inquiries.
Prioritize emergency situations and route critical messages to on-call personnel.
Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail across various client accounts.

Requirements and Qualifications

Fluent in French and English (written and verbal).
Secondary school diploma or equivalent required.
1+ years in customer service required; call centre experience preferred.
Excellent grammar, strong computer literacy in Windows, typing speed of 35+ WPM, and strong logical problem-solving skills.
Highly punctual, positive attitude, adaptable, and a reliable team player.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday: 7am-4pm EST (Friday and Saturday Off)
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday: 8:30am-5:30pm EST (Sunday and Monday Off)
Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday: 7:30am-4:30pm EST (Wednesday and Thursday Off)
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday: 2pm-11pm EST (Friday and Saturday Off)
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday: 1pm-10pm EST (Monday and Tuesday Off)

Must be available to work weekends
Training Schedule: First week requires a split scheduled (approximately Tues-Thurs 9:00am-5:00pm EST; Fri-Sat 1:30pm-9:30pm EST)

Home Office and Technical Requirements

Personal PC or Laptop running Windows 11 or higher.
High quality wired USB headset.
Capability to be hard-wired into your internet via Ethernet cable (Wi‑Fi, cellular hot spots, DSL, satellite, and dial-up are not permitted for work).
Internet speeds of 50 Mbps Download/10 Mbps Upload.
A quiet, private workspace with a door to ensure client confidentiality.
