Director, Customer Learning Programs Kinaxis

Lead the charge in customer learning solutions as the Director of Customer Learning Programs at Kinaxis. This hybrid role focuses on creating impactful educational experiences that drive product success. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, development, and execution of learning programs for customers and partners. By closely working with leadership across Product and Sales, you'll ensure program offerings are effectively integrated with product lifecycles, optimizing customer outcomes and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Establish learning strategies aligned with product initiatives
- Oversee curriculum updates and certification tracks
- Drive timeliness in training aligned with product releases
- Lead diverse training delivery formats
- Manage global training program operations
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in learning programs
- 5+ years managing high-performing teams
- Expertise in developing scalable learning solutions
- Ability to analyze program effectiveness
