Innovative Sales Operations Manager at Salesforce

In this critical position, you'll lead the Global Prospect to Cash Innovation team, focusing on Customer 360 Insights. With a minimum of 6 years in Sales Operations, you'll bridge gaps between Sales and Customer Success while enhancing the overall customer journey. Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure strategies are data-driven and actionable. Key Responsibilities:
- Execute against the roadmap for Customer 360 insights
- Translate business needs into actionable requirements
- Define and track KPIs for customer engagement
- Advocate for seller and customer needs across programs
- Build process maps and maintain lifecycle frameworks
- 6+ years in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations
- Strong understanding of the customer journey
- Proven ability to develop process documentation
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders
- Excellent analytical skills for identifying trends
