- Lead the consolidation and review of monthly and quarterly financial results under IFRS.
- Prepare and review consolidated financial statements, MD&A, and external reporting disclosures.
- Analyze financial results, variances, cash flows, and complex accounting matters to support accurate reporting.
- Research and apply IFRS guidance for new and complex transactions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and business units to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Coordinate quarterly reporting, support external audits, and maintain effective internal controls.
- Drive process improvements, reporting enhancements, and finance system initiatives.
- Mentor junior team members and promote continuous improvement.
- CPA designation required.
- Strong IFRS and public company financial reporting experience.
- Experience preparing consolidated financial statements and MD&A.
- Knowledge of SOX/internal controls and external audit processes.
- SAP or other major ERP experience preferred.
- Mining or other multi-entity industry experience is an asset.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
