Growth Partner (Paid Trial -> Partner Path) Red Seal Rescue (Remote) About the mission Red Seal Rescue helps Canadian apprentices pass their Red Seal exams faster with real coaching, systems, and study ops. Were scaling a sober alternative to hype: proof, practice, pass. Role type Contract -> Partner path (60-day paid trial) Remote with PST/MST overlap (23 hrs/day) Time: ~1015 hrs/week during trial What youll do (outcomes, not busywork) Own top-of-funnel: 15 targeted outreaches/day (MonFri) across FB/LinkedIn/IG/email using our ICP + scripts. Keep the fire warm: 100% reply coverage within 24h; escalate hots via warm handoff. Publish light content: 3 posts/week (wins, tips, prompts) to grow our FB group + Skool. Book qualified calls: use a short form to pre-qualify; hand off to coach with calendar link. Run a clean pipe: track outreach -> replies -> handoffs -> booked -> show -> closed in a shared dashboard; ship a weekly summary and iterate scripts. Trial KPIs (measurable, doable in 60 days)600+ targeted outreaches >=12 booked calls, >=70% show-rate (you own quality; coach owns closing)+25 Skool paid members (trial -> paid by Day 8)12 content posts shipped, 8 weekly reports on time We score you on activity + pipe health. No fake ROI guarantees. Youll thrive if you have Receipts: Show a funnel you personally built (DMs -> booked -> show -> closed) with screenshots/metrics. Copy instincts: crisp cold opens, ethical persuasion, objection handling. Funnel ops: CRM hygiene (GoHighLevel/HubSpot/Meta Ads/Pipedrive), simple A/Bs, tidy tracking. Community growth: youve grown FB groups/Skool or similar. Values: no spam, no fake scarcity, no bought testimonials. Trades/edtech familiarity is a plus. Compensation (CAD; we price in Canada)60-day paid trial CAD $500/mo stipend + 5% of new MRR you personally source (trailing for 6 months), capped at CAD $1,500 over the trial Duration: 60 days, terminable with 14-day notice Partner unlock (hit 2 of 3 KPIs two weeks in a row) Choose one path: Rev-share path: CAD $1,000/mo + 8% of new MRR you source for 12 months (per cohort), cap & refund clawbacks defined in SOW. Equity path (for true co-builder): 58% vesting over 4 years, 1-year cliff, OKR-tied; IP remains with RSR. Well pick the path together after the trial based on fit and traction. How we work Async-first, receipts-only. Weekly check-ins, clean dashboards, zero drama. Tooling: GoHighLevel, Skool, Google Workspace, Meta/LinkedIn, Stripe. Guardrails: Written SOW, ethics policy, data hygiene, transparent numbers.
