A privately held Canadian Company, we are a successful supply chain partner providing “Intelligent Delivery” of products and solutions to the Industrial, Environmental, and Plastics industries. We currently operate two manufacturing sites in Colborne and Elmira, Ontario, and sales representatives across Canada and in the Northeastern United States.
Position: Account Manager
Reports to : National Sales Director, CCC Plastics
In our Plastics business we have a challenging position for a high-energy individual interested in playing a key role in maintaining and expanding the business. This will be a home-based position in the Montreal area servicing the Eastern Region (Quebec), and your responsibilities will be as follows:
To provide significant growth to the Eastern Region’s customer base through diligent prospecting methods
To maintain and grow current sales levels for existing customer accounts and manage all customer- related issues
To establish strong long-term customer relationships
To develop new, profitable customer accounts from a provided list of prospects
To maintain thorough record keeping of sales reporting, efficient use of time (itineraries) as well as maintenance of ongoing opportunity targets
Frequent day travel and overnight travel will be required in Quebec and the United States
Post-secondary education is required with a Bachelor of Science degree or degree in Business Administration considered a definite asset
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with customers and suppliers
Minimum of 5 years of technical sales experience in the Plastics Industry
Fluently bilingual in French and English
Proficiency in MS Office
