Marketing Specialist, Marketing Coordinator, Proposal Specialist,
Our client is a passionate and multi-disciplinary firm in the design industry who has earned a strong reputation for their holistic and sustainable approach to project design and implementation. This firm are currently seeking Marketing & Proposal Specialist in Calgary, Alberta.
Work with architects, consultants and the marketing team to develop content, work with layout, images and graphics, presentation and details to produce high quality and visually appealing proposals
Prepares and designs marketing materials for award submissions, exhibits, and company participation in community/industry related events
Design graphics and compile market sector content including firm information
Produces and design engaging social media and website content
Minimum of 3 to 8 years' experience working in a marketing, proposal or related role within Architecture, Engineering, Construction or similar, preferably for large scale projects
Advanced technical proficiency with Adobe Creative Suites including InDesign and Photoshop is preferred
Technical proficiency with MS Office Suite; other programs an asset
An excellent eye for design and layout, strong creative and layout skills and the ability to put together content and graphics in a way that is highly presentable and engaging for proposals
Strong support from a marketing team around you
Be part of a social and collaborative culture
Produce proposals and content for high level architectural projects across the country
