We’re looking for an inspiring Service Operations Supervisor to lead our customer support and field service coordination team — someone who thrives on problem‑solving, developing people, and driving operational excellence
What you'll need to succeed Build and develop a high‑performing team through clear goals, regular coaching, and ongoing performance conversations
Collaborate with sales, service, and product management teams to streamline support and communication
Mentor team members to become strong technical ambassadors for our brand
Ensure operational excellence that leads to exceptional customer satisfaction
Identify, define, and implement continuous improvement opportunities
Develop, refine, and audit processes to support company goals
Lead and resolve high‑level service or sales issues related to customer support
Track and improve key performance indicators (KPIs)
