Pay: $22.00-$25 per hour (Based on Experience)
Status: Long-term and Permanent, full-time position
Schedule: Morning, Afternoon and Night shifts (Based on your availability)

As a Batch Mixer, you will be a key player in our production process. Operating and monitoring mixing equipment.
Utilizing your mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot basic equipment needs.
Ensuring quality standards are met for every batch.
A strong mechanical background or natural technical inclination.
Secure long-term stability from day one.

Prepare and set up production molds to meet daily manufacturing requirements.
Monitor the production cycle to ensure all batches meet strict quality standards.
Troubleshoot operational issues and optimize procedures to boost efficiency and product quality.
Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, and crouch throughout the shift.
unassisted and manipulating heavy equipment or supplies.
Skilled in using pushing/pulling motions to operate multiple controls and machinery simultaneously.
Technical Expertise: Minimum 2 years of experience in chemical/beauty/Pharmacy//Food industry doing batch making process.
Proven technical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Flexible and willing to work overtime based on production needs.
