Sales Representative - Full Time, Monday - Friday!

Job Responsibility:
Stigma Grow is a Red Deer based Licensed Cannabis Producer supplying a variety of edgy, unique cannabis extract products throughout Canada. Stigma grow is searching for a candidate that is excited to promote and develop national relationships as we continue to grow. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Candidate MUST BE OVER 18 TO APPLY
• This is a TRAVELING position, candidates MUST be able to travel long distances at any time
• Must have a flexible work week and be able to accommodate weekdays, evenings and weekends

when necessary

• Must hold a valid class 5 drivers license with a clean driving record
• Candidate must be able to maintain company vehicle in an acceptable manner
• In depth knowledge of Cannabis (both AGLC and Health Canada) regulations and promotional

compliance policies
? Must have a valid sell safe certification, along with their Qualified Cannabis Worker approval (Due
diligence on this representative will be completed through an AGLC process).

• Possess a high level of cannabis industry and market knowledge
• Knowledgeable of cannabis extracts, (understanding of terpene and strain effects)
• Present, promote, and guide the sale of cannabis products
• Exceptional ability to connect quickly with clients and provide efficient, professional customer

service

• Excellent organizational and follow up skills
• Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Coordinate sales effort with management and sales teams
• Must be able to close sales and provide sales data to management team
• Must be a very quick thinker and learner
• Possess a calm and collected demeanor while in stressful situations
• Supply management with input and written data on customer needs, concerns, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products
• A strong drive to communicate feedback to all external and internal persons in a timely fashion
• Advanced computer literacy skills - Ability to update, create and operate Google programs, along with other company computing systems
• Provide and analyze inventory reporting and inventory management for accuracy
• Strictly adhere to company drug and alcohol policies while on duty
• Willingness to solve problems and take on new challenges daily
• Ability to independently seek information, and must be extremely self motivated
• Present the company with a professional and polished image at all times
• Must have the ability to set time management boundaries, while still meeting expectations

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
