Location: Remote (GTA / Toronto preferred) | Type: Full-time or Contract | Level: Junior–Mid
We're a scrappy, fast-moving team and we need someone who loves the phone, lives in their CRM, and doesn't stop following up until they get a yes or a no.
You will be calling real leads, running demos, chasing dormant accounts, and closing. Work a short-cycle B2B pipeline: identify, qualify, demo, follow up, close.
Log everything in the CRM — no dark pipeline, ever.
Work directly with the sales lead on any deal above $500/month.
1–3 years in sales, SDR, BDR, or customer success with a closing component.
- Comfortable calling cold or warm — you don't need a warm intro to pick up the phone.
- Organized, self-managing, and honest about your pipeline — no happy-ears.
- Bonus: you've sold to clinics, therapists, or healthcare administrators before.
Base: $3,000 to $4,000 per month initially CAD (depending on experience)
