Remote Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Our client, a global leader in its field in Montreal, is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join its world-class sales academy. This Sales Development Representative (SDR) role is designed as a true springboard: you will receive intensive coaching to master the art of complex prospecting and quickly evolve toward account management roles. Contract : Permanent
Schedule : 40h/week, Monday to Friday
Hybrid work model (3 days in the office in the heart of Montreal, 2 days remote).
Structured and intensive 3-month training program ("SDR Academy").
Clear career progression path toward Senior or Account Executive roles after 12 to 18 months.
3 weeks of vacation from year one and 5 paid sick days.
Collaborative and dynamic work environment using the most advanced tech stack (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AI tools).
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, social selling).
Collaborate closely with Account Executives to develop penetration strategies for specific market niches.
Rigorously manage your sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM.
Target Profile: You are a recent graduate or possess initial experience in sales (or high-intensity customer service, such as hospitality/restaurants).
Full English proficiency to communicate daily with English-speaking clients located outside of Quebec.
A university degree is an asset, but we primarily value personality and growth potential.
