MacDonald Search Group a été mandaté pour recruter un Représentant des ventes industrielles pour une entreprise spécialisée en fabrication métallique sur mesure. Ce rôle s’adresse à un professionnel des ventes orienté développement des affaires, à l’aise dans un environnement industriel et motivé par la gestion de projets à cycle de vente long.
Développer et maintenir des relations d’affaires solides avec une clientèle industrielle
Prospecter de nouveaux clients et identifier de nouveaux marchés
Présenter les produits et services de fabrication métallique sur mesure
Assurer le suivi et la relation client après-vente
Identifier et saisir les opportunités de croissance des ventes
Organiser des rencontres clients qualifiées avec le chef estimateur et la direction
Maintenir le CRM HubSpot à jour avec les activités et opportunités
Assurer une présence active lors de salons commerciaux et sur les médias sociaux
Couvrir un territoire incluant le Québec, l’Ontario et les Maritimes
Bilingue français et anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit
Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en ventes dans un environnement industriel ou expérience jugée pertinente
Expérience en vente B2B sur des projets à cycle de vente long
Bonne connaissance de la fabrication métallique et/ou du génie mécanique
À l’aise avec les outils CRM et les plateformes numériques

MacDonald Search Group has been engaged to recruit an Industrial Sales Representative for a custom metal fabrication organization. This role is ideal for a business development–driven sales professional who is comfortable in industrial environments and experienced with long sales cycle projects.
Develop and maintain strong business relationships with industrial clients
- Prospect new customers and identify new market opportunities
- Maintain post-sale customer relationships and follow-ups
- Identify and capitalize on sales growth opportunities
- Ensure CRM (HubSpot) is kept up to date with activities and opportunities
- Maintain an active presence at trade shows and across social media platforms
- Bilingual in English and French, written and spoken
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in an industrial environment or other relevant experience
- Proven B2B sales experience with long lead-time projects
- Knowledge of metal fabrication and/or mechanical engineering
- Comfortable using CRM tools and digital platforms
