Property Manager - Leasing

The Role We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operations of our residential portfolio. You will lead the on-site teams, keep buildings running smoothly, and act as a reliable point of contact for both tenants and owners.
Oversee day-to-day building operations, including emergency response outside office hours
Manage tenant, lease information, renewals, and monthly payment into Buildingstack
Schedule repairs with subcontractors and manage the work through to completion, including quality control
Collect rent payments and follow up on delinquent accounts
Conduct property inspections and flag any required work to ownership
Minimum 4 years of property management experience (required)
Fluency in French and English (required)
Proficiency with Buildingstack software
Fixed-term contract
