Reporting to the Area Manager the Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing all financial sales and business operations within the branch.

Develop manage and implement the Branch business plan and operating budget retail audits sales objectives and keep all invoicing and accounts receivable in accordance with company policy.
Direct all aspects and daily operations including maintenance and repair of the facility to ensure safety efficiency and profitability.
Manage all aspects of human resource within the Branch including hiring promoting performance management coaching and discharging within company policy and regulatory compliance.
Oversee all record keeping functions in recording sales and monies received in maintaining inventory records in requisitioning supplies in accordance to sales projections and movement of product within market area.
Liaise with customers supplies division management and other appropriate industry personnel to promote Nutrien Ag Solutions products and services.
Execute our culture of care and comply with all Nutrien Ag Solutions and industry regulatory and EH&S standards.
5 years of progressively responsible agri-business with a track record in sales marketing or branch management.

• Certificate in Agriculture Agri-Business Certificate or equivalent post-secondary education (combinations of education and experience maybe considered).
