We're Hiring: Electronics Engineer

• ##Medicine Hat, AB |&##128338; Full-Time | &##128272; Security Clearance Required | &##128188;We’re looking for a Electronics Engineer who thrives in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment and is passionate about building innovative, safe, and secure technologies.
• ##The Electronics Engineer is responsible for the electronic aspects of the design, development, testing, and documentation of uncrewed vehicle systems at QinetiQ Target Systems. Design electronics systems in line with requirements and safety standards

Develop documentation for design validation and qualification of assemblies & subsystems
Collaborate with other technical disciplines to ensure overall system requirements are achieved and to meet operational requirements
Participate in field operation and testing as required
Review technical drawings and schematics

In accordance with our Hybrid Work Policy this position is allotted 800hrs/yr of hybrid work.

&##Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent
Proficient in Document Management software and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Technical writing and documentation
Electronic System Design
Experience in avionics, marine, vehicular military systems, and Datalinks
Network and Data links programming experience
Mechatronics and Configuration Management
Project management
Familiarity with using electronics test equipment (JTAG debuggers, Oscilloscope, Multimeters, Signal generators)
Bonus Points For:

Ability to follow and understand electronic schematics and drawings.
Detail-oriented with solid written communication
Must be a Canadian citizen or Permanent Resident
Eligible for Canadian Class 2 Security Clearance
