Park Meadows Dental is looking for a confident, organized, and people-loving Office Manager to step in during a maternity leave and keep our clinic running smoothly. What You’ll Be Doing:
Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, including scheduling, front-desk flow, and patient coordination.
Lead, support, and motivate administrative and clinical team members.
Manage patient billing, insurance submissions, and financial reporting.
Handle HR-related tasks such as onboarding, scheduling, time-off tracking, and team support.
Maintain inventory and coordinate ordering of dental and office supplies.
Ensure a warm, professional, and seamless patient experience.
Identify opportunities to improve systems, efficiency, and team productivity.
What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of dental office management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with dental software (Cleardent experience is an asset)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable multitasking in a busy clinical setting.
• Insurance and billing experience is a strong asset.
