We're looking for a customer-focused, organized, and energetic Service Advisor to join our dynamic dealership team! As the first point of contact for service customers, you'll play a key role in delivering a smooth, professional, and friendly experience from check-in to pick-up.

Ascertain auto services by listening to customer's description of symptoms; conducting inspections; taking test drives; examining service schedules
Verify warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and papers; Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labour; calculating customer's payment, including deductibles
entering RO into service database system
Maintain customer rapport by explaining estimates and expected return of vehicle; obtaining customer's approval of estimates; obtaining and providing contact telephone numbers; arranging towing and temporary transportation
Excellent customer service skills
Minimum 1 - 2 years in a customer service role
Auto experience considered an asset
Able to work flexible hours within our business hours including Saturdays
