Position Overview
A growing Desjardins Agent is building a high performing team and is seeking a licensed insurance professional who is passionate about both sales and delivering exceptional client experiences.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys meaningful client conversations, thrives in a goal driven environment, and is motivated by building a long term career with strong earning potential in a fast paced setting.
You will play a key role in supporting clients, identifying opportunities, and helping individuals and families protect what matters most, while contributing to the overall success of the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify client needs through consultative conversations and recommend appropriate home and auto insurance solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through trust, communication, and personalized service
- Support clients with inquiries related to policies, billing, and claims with accuracy and professionalism
- Process policy updates and changes in a timely and efficient manner
- Work closely with the Agent to support team goals and contribute to overall business growth
- Provide a consistently positive and high quality client experience
Qualifications
- Active OTL or RIBO license
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a client facing role
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Confidence in discussing and presenting solutions to clients
- Results driven mindset with the ability to meet targets
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Positive attitude with a focus on client satisfaction
