(Associate) Finance Adviser

Full Time: Associate Financial Advisor
Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 + performance-based incentives
Retirement by Design is a growing financial planning firm seeking a relationship-driven Associate Advisor to take ownership of a defined group of growing clients and play a key role in supporting firm growth.
This role is designed to create capacity for senior advisors to focus on clients who require more advanced planning and business development, while you ensure an exceptional client experience and identify opportunities to deepen and grow relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary advisor for a portfolio of growing clients
Conduct regular review meetings and maintain proactive communication
Identify opportunities to expand existing relationships
Cultivate client relationships that consistently result in qualified introductions to potential new clients
Handle day-to-day client service requests efficiently and professionally
Deliver a high-quality, relationship-focused client experience
What Success Looks Like
All assigned clients are engaged in a consistent review process
Strong client retention and satisfaction
Growth in assets under management from both new and existing client relationships
A steady flow of client introductions
Growth-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
Acts as a strong team player by collaborating effectively, supporting team initiatives, and contributing to a positive, high-performance culture
Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in financial services or wealth management
• Mutual Funds license
• LLQP Insurance license
• Some financial planning knowledge a plan to obtain CFP designation
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
• High attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships independently
