We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Account Manager to build strong relationships, drive client success, and ensure seamless adoption of Reusables.As the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, you will act as a strategic partner—guiding clients through onboarding, optimizing their experience, and identifying opportunities for growth. Think of yourself as our customers' best friend. Client Relationship Management
Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Roll up your sleeves to help clients navigate challenges, fostering deeper connections.
Provide ongoing training and support to maximize product adoption and satisfaction.
Account Growth
Identify opportunities for upselling and account expansion.
Partner with the sales team to manage renewals and contract extensions.
Develop and execute account growth strategies tailored to client needs.
Serve as the voice of the customer, sharing insights with product and marketing teams.
Performance Tracking
Monitor client engagement and account health metrics.
Identify potential risks and implement proactive solutions.
Prepare reports on account performance, satisfaction, and growth opportunities.
3-5 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a related role, preferably in a SaaS or tech-enabled business.
~ Familiarity with CRM tools and customer success platforms.

This role requires 3-5 days of travel per month across North America.
