Account Manager – Vancouver
Ready to own your territory, build real customer relationships, and make an impact? This Account Manager role is built for someone who likes momentum, autonomy, and winning as a team. You’ll manage and grow a portfolio of retail grocery and gas and convenience accounts, driving sales, improving in-store execution, and spotting opportunities others miss. This is a front-line, fast-moving role where strong relationships, sharp follow-up, and decisive action matter. You will work with a broader team to win together.
Some of what you will do in this role includes:
Grow and manage assigned accounts against clear sales targets
Identify opportunities in merchandising, space, promotions, and distribution
Coach and collaborate with sales partners to improve results and efficiency
Stay ahead of competitive activity and customer needs
Balance sales growth with expense and operational discipline
You should have most of the following in your background to apply:
- 2+ years of consumer goods or retail sales experience
- Grocery or retail channel experience
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills
- A results-driven mindset with comfort in a fast-paced environment
- Organized, adaptable, and confident making decisions
